1 .Prices for the villa are per week, not per person. Rental includes all utility bills, air
conditioning, local telephone calls, clean bed linen, towels.
Please inquire about rate discounts for stays 1 month or longer.
2. Minimal booking is 1 week in High Season, 4 nights in Low/Mid Season. Sat-Sat Bookings
are preferred.
3 .Florida state taxes are an extra 10%.
4. Full clean fee on your departure is $160
5. Home Owners Association of Briarwood Rental Registration Fee $ 100
.
6. A local management company is on call for your peace of mind.
7. Electric Supplimental Pool heat is an extra $100 per week (recommended between October
and March).
8. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final balance
is due 60 days prior to arrival.
9. A refundable security deposit of $340.00 is required with the final payment, this will be
returned after completion of your stay, following a satisfactory inspection by the management
company.
10.With regret no pets are allowed due to allergies.
11.For the comfort of our guests the villa is a non-smoking home, however, smoking is
permitted on the lanai/covered patio. Please use the ashtrays provided. The cost of any
damage to the patio furniture caused by cigarettes will unfortunately be passed on to the
guest.
